Because we deal with food products, returns are handled carefully.
Damaged Goods
If products arrive damaged:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide Video & Photographs of the damage
• Include order number and product details
Incorrect Items
If you receive incorrect products, contact our support team within 48 hours.
We will arrange replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, opened or used food products cannot be returned unless defective.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 15–20 business days.

Common On All Product
Storage Instructions
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within a reasonable time after opening and store according to product instructions.
Shelf Life
Typically, 6–24 months depending on product type.

We follow EU food labelling requirements under EU Food Information Regulation 1169/2011.
Products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle:

• Peanuts
• Tree nuts
• Soy
• Sesame
• Milk products
Customers should always review the allergen declaration on product packaging.
